Why we exist
Many job seekers in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and across Germany receive broad career tips that ignore how retail hiring, regional sales teams, and support centres actually shortlist candidates. We started this practice to give practical, role-specific advice instead of recycled motivation.
Our work sits between informal friend feedback and large outplacement programmes. Sessions are short, concrete, and grounded in the documents and vacancies you already have in hand.
How we work with clients
We listen first to constraints that matter in these fields: shift patterns, German language level for customer contact, driving licence needs for field sales, and how recent employers described your duties in Arbeitszeugnisse. Advice is honest — including when a target role looks unrealistic without further experience.
Consultations are available in English and German. We do not run a placement agency and we do not sell access to hidden job boards. Our value is preparation and clarity.
