Structured conversation between advisor and client

How consultations run

A clear path from first message to actionable advice — designed for sales, retail, and customer-support job seekers in Germany.

What to expect

We keep the process predictable so you can plan around shifts and application deadlines. Most clients complete a single consultation within two weeks of first contact; transition packages stretch over a month or more.

Sessions are not lectures. You bring documents and questions; we bring structured feedback rooted in how German employers in these fields hire.

  1. Enquire

Send a short note about your target roles, location preferences, and whether you need path advice, document review, or interview practice.

  2. Confirm scope & fee

We reply with a recommended consultation, fee, and available times. Nothing is booked until you confirm in writing.

  3. Prepare materials

You share your CV, relevant Arbeitszeugnisse, and job postings by the agreed deadline so we can read them before we meet.

  4. Meet

Video call or in-person session in Bad Doberan by arrangement. We work through your questions and practise where needed.

  5. Receive follow-up

Path sessions include a written plan. Reviews return annotated documents. Interview sessions end with a verbal debrief and optional notes.

Practical details

Video sessions use a link we send after booking. Please join from a quiet space with a stable connection — especially for interview practice. In-person meetings are available by arrangement at our Bad Doberan address.

If your shifts change, contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling rules are described on our refund page.
