Services

We provide employment consulting focused on sales, retail, and customer-support careers in Germany. Consultations may include career path advisory, application document review, interview preparation, and role transition coaching. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific salary outcomes.

Bookings and fees

Fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices shown on this site are informational. Payment arrangements are agreed separately; this website does not process payments.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and documents needed for the consultation. You remain responsible for the final content of applications you submit to employers and for decisions about which roles to pursue.

Intellectual property

Website content, including text and visual design, is owned by Smart App Studios Employment Advisory or its licensors. Written plans and annotated feedback prepared for you may be used by you for your personal job search. You may not resell our materials or reproduce site content for commercial purposes without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from career decisions you make after a consultation. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where such limitation would be unlawful under German law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (DE). Courts at our place of business have jurisdiction where permitted; consumers may also have rights to bring proceedings in their place of residence under applicable consumer protection rules.
