Our flagship consultation is built for people who know they want work in sales, retail, or customer support in Germany, but need a sharper sense of which openings to pursue and how to present transferable experience.

We do not promise interviews or placements. We do help you stop applying blindly, understand how hiring managers in these fields weigh shop-floor hours, CRM familiarity, language level, and shift flexibility, and leave with a plan you can act on the same week.

How we work

After you enquire, we confirm a date and send a short questionnaire plus document checklist. You share your CV and relevant certificates at least 48 hours before the session. During the call we work through your experience against concrete role types — for example Fachverkäufer, Key Account, Innendienst, or first-line support — and test assumptions about commute, shifts, and language requirements. Afterwards you receive the written plan by email.

Duration & delivery

90 minutes live, plus written follow-up. Sessions are held in English or German according to your preference for the interview language you are practising.

Preparation

Bring a current CV, recent Arbeitszeugnisse if you have them, and links or screenshots of two or three vacancies that interest you. If you are changing fields, note the tasks you already handle that transfer to sales floors, tills, or support queues.

Pricing basis

Sessions are priced per consultation from €145. Longer combined packages with document review are listed on our rates page. Travel to on-site sessions outside Bad Doberan may incur a separate fee agreed in advance.
