Interview Preparation Session
Practise competency and situational questions typical of German sales, retail, and customer-support interviews, with feedback on structure, language, and tone.
Retail and support interviews often mix practical scenarios — a difficult customer, a missed sales target, a shift conflict — with standard competency questions. Sales interviews add pipeline talk and objection handling.
In a 75-minute session we run a mock interview tailored to the vacancy you are pursuing, then debrief answer structure, filler language, and whether your examples show ownership. You may practise in English or German. We record only if you ask, and recordings stay with you.
Bring the job posting and two stories from your past work that involve customers, conflict, or measurable results. We help you shape those stories so they land under time pressure.
